Bobo
The camp is run by Bobo and his team of loveable locals. Bobo is my Moroccan partner and he manages the camp and does all the difficult stuff! Bobo was brought up in the desert, where he lived until the age of 20 working on his father's farm. When the Draa River was dammed and the water stopped flowing, he moved to the nearest town (M'Hamid El Ghizlane) and started his life in hospitality.
Nick
My wife, Diane, met Bobo first, in a snowstorm going over the Atlas Mountains. Three months later, I was captivated by his charm and we decided to set up a luxury desert camp. It’s been quite an adventure. I do the reservations, plan your trip and tinker with a bit of marketing. However, Bobo does the stuff that really matters, which is looking after YOU!
